The Right Chromebook* for Virtual Learning
During the summer of 2020, Intel commissioned the team at Clarity Innovations to evaluate how well four different Chromebooks from leading manufacturers were able to complete typical educator and student learning scenarios. Specifically, the study explores how processor performance effects educator professional development, high school content creation, and middle school design tasks.
The results of the testing show how slower-performaning processors can can result in students an educators losing more than a hundred hours of learning time over the life of the device.
