Dr. Kecia Ray
Dr. Kecia Ray has a long and storied career as an education evangelist, conducting research, designing technology and cultivating innovation. As a former district administrator for Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools she led the award-winning design, implementation, and evaluation of instructional technology and blended learning program. She has published four books on distance learning strategies and is a member of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). Dr. Ray is a five-time recipient of the President's Volunteer Service Award and currently serves on the board of Learning Bird Inc. She leads K20Connect and other passion projects!
