Miami Dade's Digital Convergence Project

School leaders, teachers and students in the nation's fourth-largest district share their enthusiasm for the digital convergence project that will deploy over 100K Windows 8.1 tablet devices for 7th grade civics and 9th grade world history classes, and laptops at the elementary level. 350,000 students will receive Microsoft Office Professional Plus for free as part of Microsoft Student Advantage.
