About the Authors

Dr. Peggy Grant

Peggy Grant

Peggy is a Senior Content Developer for Clarity Innovations where she creates professional development resources on technology integration. She is especially interested in personalized learning and teaching and assessing 21st century skills in a student-centered learning environment. Peggy has over 25 years of teaching experience at the middle school, high school, and university level and earned a Ph.D. in literacy education from Washington State University.

Dale Basye

Dale is an award-winning writer, author, and creative director with twenty-five years of professional experience in both the journalistic and advertising arenas. As a Content Developer for Clarity Innovations, he creates marketing materials and educational resources for a variety of clients. He is interested in creative ways of personalizing learning to meet the diverse needs of today’s students so that they are better equipped to deal with the challenges of 21st Century workplace. Dale is also a YA author with Random House and gives writing workshops to children in hopes of unlocking their innate creativity.

Stefanie Hausman

Stefanie has been a classroom teacher, a teacher coach, a teacher trainer, an education writer, and is currently the Content Manager at Clarity Innovations, where she leads a team of writers dedicated to improving teaching and learning by focusing on the intersection of technology and instruction.

Tod Johnston
