I have always been passionate about teaching and being an Adjunct Professor at Broward University since 2010 helps me to stay in touch with the reality of classroom teaching.

Prior to working at Tech Data, I was a Director of Technology/ IT Instruction at Hochberg Prep School.  Some of my responsibilities promotion of technology in education, governance, budgeting, grant writing and training/teaching the teachers.  Before Hochberg, I have been a Technology Trainer/Instructor and a Network Engineer.

I care deeply about what I do and how my people do. That is why it's always a pleasure to learn new ways to enhance efficiency and learning and to pass those on to my ►team members, ►education leaders, and ►valued customers.

We get the phone calls every day.  I need… and the reseller on the other line rattles off a part or model number of exactly what they want.  Day in and day out, I get to hear two ways this phone call can go.  The sales person can either simply quote exactly what Mr. Customer wants, and off they go.  Happy Customer.  Or the salesperson can ask a few questions and spend maybe twenty minutes on the phone or maybe two or three phone calls, later on; a quote comes through.  Happy Customer.
