June 2, 2006 Fullerton 1:1 First Year Self-Evaluation The largest pilot 1:1 program in California under evaluation. Fullerton School District launched a 1:1 program (the largest pilot program in California) at three locations in 2004-2005. The three participating schools are Nicolas Junior High, Fisler School and Golden Hill Elementary School. In addition to the three pilot schools, two GATE classrooms at Hermosa Drive have adopted the 1:1 program. The program has been financed through a combination of Federal and parental funds with some funding from local businesses. Title I funding is being used for the lease of laptops at Nicolas Junior High School (554 computers), while parental funds are used at the additional locations.
