Digital Learning Now! Publishes the First in a Series of Interactive Papers
The Digital Learning Now! Smart Series is a collection of interactive papers that will provide specific guidance for policy makers and educational leaders regarding adoption of Common Core Standards and the shift to personal digital learning.
The organization plans to release the entire series in partnership with the Foundation for Excellence in Education and Getting Smart over the next year. The papers will be released with an executive summary brochure and complementary materials including presentations and videos.
The first publication, “Funding the Shift to Digital Learning: Three Strategies for Funding Sustainable High-Access Environments” is available now from the Digital Learning Now! web site. Topics for future publications include: building comprehensive learner profiles, preparing for online assessments, moving to competency-based learning models, financing student achievement, building big data policies, and improving the teaching profession with blended learning.
